The services that we supply consist of your bookings, arranging travel documentation and payments. Where refunds are due to you from Airline suppliers of travel-related products or services, we will provide reasonable assistance to you in claiming such refunds from those suppliers.

 Cancellation and Amendment Charges

If you wish to cancel your booking for any reason, you must inform us as soon as possible.
If you cancel any booking, we will require a minimum cancellation fee of $200 per person, and you will also be required to pay any cancellation fees imposed by Airlines. Payment of any Airline supplier's cancellation fee is solely your responsibility.
